These terms and Conditions state important requirements regarding your use of Orlaterole's service and your relationship with Orlaterole. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions will be implied by the use of the Orlaterole's services.

Definitions

"YOU"
"You" means you individually, any person, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of.

"Orlaterole"
Trademark "Orlaterole" is used by Orlaterole. All references to Orlaterole refer to Orlaterole.

Customer's Responsibility to Back up the Data

Customer agrees that prior to Orlaterole servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer's responsibility to back up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer's computer disk drives and peripherals.

Response time for Customer Service Request

All service request for customer support are assigned a severity level. Based on the severity level assigned, it may take up to 2 business days to respond to the customer service request.

LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE

Orlaterole reserve the right to refrain from providing the Services ordered and instead refund Customer's payment, on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Orlaterole, its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including actual attorneys" fees, resulting from: (a) Customer's breach of this Agreement; (b) Customer's actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret.

Modification to Terms and Conditions

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Orlateroles, its employees, officers against any and all liability ( including recoveries, damages, deficiencies and attorney's fees).

Orlaterole may change the terms and conditions of the Service. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Orlaterole will notify you by posting the changes to the site from which you purchased the Services (www.isoftworker.com)

LAWS

This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America.
